Hello!
I have returned from God’s country (the south). I know that I promised wonderful tales of splendor and pageantry but what I would really like to discuss is a book I just finished reading. It is entitled Maximum Ride: The Angel Experiment and is by James Patterson. James Patterson writes “thriller/suspense” paperback novels. They are rather simple but fun for a quick read. I highly recommend the above mentioned book. It is about six kids who were genetically mutated at birth with bird(avian) genes. As a result, they age faster, run faster, have very thin bones, heal faster, and oh yeah they have wings! Their enemies are Erasers which are half human and half wolf (they too were experimented on as children). It was really a great story! Definitely read it!

Well I’m not in Australia but Arkansas and Missouri. They are down under Ohio so technically I’m not lying. The journey down here was uneventful and I drove a big chunk of the way. Dad was the only one that drove all the years of my life. Occassionally he would let mom drive but dad could never relax because she drives like a maniac. So, he would only let her drive like two hours MAX the whole time. Hahahaha! When I drove, the Reverend managed to take a nice long nap and manage the music for us all to sing along with. It was fun!
Tomorrow brings forth another POTC and I don’t know if my family is going to see it. I think we may sometime this trip but I promised MiJo I wouldn’t see it without him. (Because he nevers reads this I can safely say that maybe I should just see it with the fam and ask for forgiveness. It would be easier to make up with Mike than not go with my whole family to see a movie.)
One of my cousins got hitched a year or so ago and I never got to talk to her new hubby. So we bonded this trip and I must say he is boring but very sincere. He has some good stories but it takes him forever to get to the punchline or point. I like him a lot though and it was a lot of fun talking to him. I also got to see my favorite baby of my cousin Rusty. His name is Reed and he is just the cutest thing anyone could ever see. He makes the funniest faces and everything he does should be a Precious Moment. I’ll attach pictures of him sometime so you can all see how cute he is.
I can’t think of anything else exciting on the trip right now. I think of more later. Next week I’m off to Branson, MO. I’m sure I’ll have a lot of stories from there so I will update when I get home. Until then…
