So from last Thursday to today (7 days hence magnificent 7) I had a nice relaxing break from work and school. During the respite, 4 lovely things happened…
1. I got my grades for this past semester and did well! I got an A in History, English, and Critical Thinking and received a B in my much dreaded Calculus! So that was all very encouraging.
2. My parents up and got cable! How weird is that! Now I can watch all my nerdy educational programming on the discovery and history channels. So if I don’t update in a while please come to my house and turn my tv off because I will probably be a vegetable.
3. My darling boyfriend and I went to Cedar Point on Tuesday and had a grand time! We saw Dave Baily and Casey M. from afar and decided it best to avoid them. For Dave would probably hang out with us and talk the whole time and Casey would be giving me glaring looks and call me “unchristian” for one thing or another. Thus we kept our distance but not at the expense of enjoying ourselves.
4. Taylor won American Idol! Hooray!
All in all it was a good time! Now I must return to work. Piper…OUT! (sorry I was having an idol moment)
